Mark Ross: President and CEO
Mr. Ross has led the Ross Group since its founding. He has nearly 25 years of IT and business management experience. Mr. Ross served over seven years in the USAF as a program manager responsible for budgets in excess of $50M. He has been in the consulting industry since 1988 serving in program manager and technical management positions. Mr. Ross specializes in e‑Business development as a development manager. Recent projects include development of our con-X-onsTM framework using RDBMS and web technologies, development of e-Commerce sites for manufacturing and retail industries, and other development projects. Mr. Ross has a Master of Science in Engineering degree (emphasis in Computers and Information systems) from The University of Texas and Bachelor of Science degrees in electrical engineering, math, and chemistry.

Steve Woody: Senior VP and COO
Mr. Woody joined the Ross Group in 1995 as a senior partner and manager in the company and is currently the Senior Vice-President of Government Solutions. Mr. Woody has over 25 years of IT experience, over 20 years of project and team management, over 20 years of business management experience, and over 16 years working with the Department of Defense. Mr. Woody’s strength comes from the combination of a detailed IT background specializing in the area of Database Administration, Project Management background managing small and large projects totaling millions of dollars over the years, and a strong Business and Government background. Mr. Woody has a Master of Arts in Management from The McGregor School at Antioch University, a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Business minor from Western Michigan University, and is an Honor Graduate of Control Data Institute (CDI) in Computer Programming.

Richard Spanier: Senior VP Membership Software Solutions
Mr. Spanier has over 22 years of experience in the IT industry. Mr. Spanier is a top development manager and a PMI trained program manager. He has managed large development teams in complex projects and has industry-leading skills in telecommunications. His recent projects include membership software installations for some of the nation’s largest Automobile Clubs, telecom applications for state governments, and asset management applications for the banking industry. Mr. Spanier has a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Science from the University of West Florida and graduate work in both Systems Analysis and Business Administration.

David Applegate: VP Veterinary Solutions
Mr. Applegate joined the Ross Group in 1996, and is responsible for managing the Universal Veterinary Information System (UVIS) and other projects. He has over 25 years of extensive experience in software development including significant involvement in database development, software development, and project management. Development environments include Web, Veterinary Teaching Hospitals and Laboratories, Management Information Systems, scientific data analysis, and large scale distributed data management planning and control systems. Mr. Applegate is affiliated with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG). Mr. Applegate has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from the University of West Florida.

Gary Codeluppi: Senior VP Business Development and Marketing
Mr. Codeluppi has over 30 years of IT experience in sales and marketing with over 20 years of executive business management experience. He joined Ross Group Inc in 2002 after a 21 year career at NCR Corp. He has lead product marketing, services marketing, program management, business process reengineering, strategic partnership, indirect and direct channel sales teams during his career. He has served as a Consultant to IT companies and is actively involved in his community having served as Committee Co-chair of the 2005 U.S. Senior Men’s Golf Open, Lions Club and CYO Sports Coach/Commissioner, United Way Coordinator. He currently serves on the University of Dayton MIS Advisory Board, the Technology First Board of Trustees and Strategic Communication Committee, and the Board of Trustees of Catholic Social Services Miami Valley. Mr. Codeluppi has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Dayton with degrees in Finance and Marketing and is a Teradata certified professional.

Brian Osborne: Business Development Manager
Mr. Osborne has been with the Ross Group since 2007 and is tasked with the responsibility to grow the company’s Federal practice. Mr. Osborne’s drive and determination has become a vital asset to the Ross Group. He is currently co-chair of an initiative to create an Associate Board for Culture Works, the largest provider of general operating support for the many non-profit art organizations operating in Greater Dayton. His professional affiliations consist of the Dayton Chamber of Commerce, Generation Dayton, Greater Dayton IT Alliance, Dayton Area Defense Contractors Association (DADCA), Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), and National Contracts Management Association (NCMA). He currently lives in Beavercreek, Ohio and grew up in Dayton. Mr. Osborne has a B.S. in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University and is currently pursuing his MBA at Regis University.

David Schroeder: Director of Consulting Services
Mr. Schroeder started with Ross Group in 1998, and today he is responsible for managing consulting services group, which includes Software Development, Networking and Infrastructure, Database Administration, and Outsourced Projects. He developed PDMR, Ross Group’s service delivery model. Mr. Schroeder began his career in 1978 as an electrical engineer for a machine tool company, focusing on software and systems engineering. In 1983, he joined an international consulting firm where he earned project management certification and completed branch management training. In his 29 year career, Mr. Schroeder has opened two consulting branch offices, managed hundreds of projects, managed consulting organizations, and won top awards in management, recruiting, and sales. He was also the board chairman for a national girl scouting organization. Mr. Schroeder has a Bachelor of Science in Business Computer Information from the College of Mt. St. Joseph and Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, in addition to post-graduate work in Business and Operations Management.

Mike Samaras: Director of CRM
Mr. Samaras started with the Ross Group in 2000 and is currently the manager behind the CRM Software division. Over his career, his applications have received both technical and business awards from major organizations which include AT&T and AAA. Michael is affiliated with TAG (Technology Association of Georgia) and the Atlanta PMI Chapter. His education includes a bachelors in MIS (2000) and Masters in business (2005) both from the University of Dayton. His project management certifications include a PMP certification, SCRUM certification and over 5 technical certifications. Michael is also a 40 under 40 award winner given by the Dayton Business Journal for his involvement in the community, education, and career success.
