Ross Group Inc (RGI) converted AAA Hoosier Motor Club (HMC) from their legacy membership system to MEMBERzplus TM during Labor Day weekend, 2006. The MEMBERzplus TM system went into live production on Tuesday, September 5, 2006. AAA Hoosier Motor Club is the sixth AAA club to use MEMBERzplus TM in a production environment.
The MEMBERzplus TM application addresses significant business needs for AAA clubs. MEMBERzplus TM includes the processing for all membership transactions, both internally and self-service web membership transactions. MEMBERzplus TM facilitates member retention, cross-selling of services and revenue growth through the linking and sharing of critical member data across application.
AAA HMC is also taking advantage of RGI’s IT managed services. HMC owns the hardware, but the hardware is located in the RGI data center and managed by RGI resources. RGI personnel monitor and manage the operating environment on a daily basis.
