Ron Shaffer joined the Ross Group in 2001. Since then, Ron moved his way up to Director of Database Services within Ross Group. Currently, Ron is an MCSE as well as an Oracle 8, 9i, and 10g Certified Professional. His specialties include high availability and performance tuning.
