  • Job Order Cost Accounting System (JOCAS II)

    The JOCAS II contract provides maintenance, sustainment, enhancement, and integration to the functional and technical environment reimbursable cost accounting for Major Range and Test Facility Bases and the Air Force Research laboratories in the 554th Electronic Systems Group (554 ELSG). This contract enables day-to-day system coverage, help desk support, data analysis, ongoing modifications, enhancements, deficiency correction, and change requests requirements development based upon prioritization of Air Force (AF) wide block releases.

    Support to Management and Resources for Technical Services (SMARTS)

    The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s (NGA) mission is to provide geospatial intelligence in support of national security objectives. Using mapping, charting, and imagery analysis and intelligence, NGA helps military clients analyze battlefield conditions, supports humanitarian efforts such as disaster relief, and contributes to homeland security for national events like political conventions and top-tier sports activities. The SMARTS contract includes management support and other technical services including but not limited to web design services, speech writing services, management services, financial management services, and program and project support services. These services provide indispensable program, project, and office level support and in their aggregate contribution to the efficient and effective daily execution of NGA corporate mission objectives.

    Air Force Knowledge Now (AFKN)

    AFKN is the Air Force's standard enterprise-wide Knowledge Management (KM) system that provides mission critical support to over 350,000 war-fighters and the AF mission including mission critical support to deployed airmen. AFKN is the official collaboration tool of the Air Force and was designated as the Air Force Center of Excellence for Knowledge Management (KM). AFKN focuses on knowledge sharing and collaboration through Communities of Practice (CoP) and is available through the Air Force Portal, NIPRNet, and SIPRNet. The contract provides continued support and sustainment to maintain the web-based knowledge management portal that enables 24x7 portal access to collaboration workspaces and subject matter experts via nearly 18,000 active Communities of Practice (CoPs).

    Foreign Air, Space & Technologies (FAST) III

    The FAST III contract provides the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) scientific and technical analysis (S+TA) support for the national intelligence effort. This includes Aerospace Weapons Technologies, Air Systems, Space and Counterspace Threat Systems/Subsystems, Information Operations, Ground-based and Airborne Electronic Systems, Ballistic Missile Systems, and Integrated Air and Space Capabilities Analysis. The contract support involves obtaining data, performing analysis; making assessments, evaluations, and forecasts; designing and assessing current, developmental and projected air, space, electronic, and electro-optical threat systems; and providing reports related to worldwide developments.

    Encore II

    The ENCORE II contract provides technical solutions for the Department of Defense (DoD) in support of its migration to an integrated and interoperable Global Information Grid (GIG), as well as other Federal agencies having similar Information Technology (IT) migration and integration needs. The ENCORE II contracts represent an ongoing expansion of the Defense Information System Agency’s (DISA) Defense Enterprise Information Services (DEIS) I and DEIS II contracts, and ENCORE follow-on contracts. The ENCORE II contracts are structured and managed in accordance with the rules for task order contracts, as specified in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 16.

    SeaPort-e

    SeaPort-e provides an efficient and effective means of contracting for professional support services and enhancing small business participation. SeaPort-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management.
