Richard Spanier, President, Software SolutionsMr. Spanier has over 25 years of IT and business management/ development experience. Mr. Spanier has led large development projects in the telecom, accounting and finance, banking, and membership industries. His recent projects include membership and MRM/CRM software installations for some of the nation’s largest Automobile Clubs, telecom applications for state governments, and asset management applications for the banking industry. Currently Mr. Spanier sits on the board of the Technology Association of Georgia’s Government Technology Society and serves as chairman of their Federal Government Technology Committee. Mr. Spanier has a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Science from the University of West Florida and graduate work in both Systems Analysis and Business Administration.
Mark Ross, CFOMr. Ross has led the Ross Group since its founding. He has over 25 years of IT and business management experience. Mr. Ross served over seven years in the USAF as a program manager responsible for budgets in excess of $50M. He has been in the consulting industry since 1988 serving in program manager and technical management positions. Mr. Ross has a Master of Science in Engineering degree (emphasis in Computers and Information systems) from The University of Texas and Bachelor of Science degrees in electrical engineering, math, and chemistry.
Alan Moor, VP Software DevelopmentMr. Moor joined Ross Group in 1996 as an experienced developer in Oracle, PL/SQL, and PowerBuilder. He has been a team lead and project manager of many high visibility projects within Ross Group including lead on the roll-out of our membership suite for major AAA clients. Mr. Moor is an Air Force Veteran with 8 years of service and served on the board of the Turner Syndrome Society. Mr. Moor has over 25 years experience in software development in a variety of technical disciplines including Oracle and Java.
Wendell Riley, Chief Operating OfficerMr. Riley joined Ross Group in 1998 as a developer in Oracle Forms/Reports, and PL/SQL. He has been a technical lead and task manager on numerous high visibility projects within Ross Group’s Veterinary Solution Division and now with the MemberzPlus Division. These tasks include the initial go-live implementations at numerous large teaching hospitals as well as a migration of the product from a client/server model to a three tier application server model. Mr. Riley served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps and as a task lead at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) prior to joining Ross Group. He holds bachelors degrees in Aviation Management and Computer Sciences.
